Vamps undergo revamp to celebrate the official launch of Interior Refurbishment Specialist Trendenza
Edinburgh based interiors refurbishment specialist Trendenza is holding its official launch event on Thursday 17 July 2008 between 6.30 and 8.30 pm.
The launch event held at the company flagship Edinburgh showroom will be every bit as creative as the company themselves.
Becki Linley Trendenza’s Creative Director thought what better way to demonstrate some of their new and existing stockist ranges including fabrics, wall coverings and Ceramics, than to create a bespoke gown to bring the items more vividly to life and enable guests to see the materials at close range.
To be worn by a model at the event the elaborate dress, which was designed by a trio of theatrical costume specialists was made from the Tektura* eco range of vibrant wall coverings, an incredibly durable and tactile paper with a velvet finish and interjected with the fantastic Easy Tiger range from *Nono. The dress consists of a corset with ornate detailing, flowing hooped skirt and bushel. It will be complemented by a bespoke choker and bracelet design, made by Edinburgh based jeweller Cathy McCarthy using the luxury Bisazza** glass mosaic tile range combined with silver, beads and pearls. The overall look will be completed with dramatic makeup and an elaborate powdered wig by Norman Preston of Preston Hair.
Trendenza clients are mainly City professionals, Modern Families, and Architects, however they also provide private schemes for developers and corporate environments. They have already completed several high profile projects in the cities of Edinburgh, and Glasgow and Aberdeen including a townhouse property, schemes for a boutique hotel group and work for property construction companies and serviced Apartment Groups.
