Q; I have been looking for stockists of blinds that roll up from the bottom to the top, as shown in your cover story from last week. Can you please help? P Watson Inverness.
A; Becki Linley Creative Designer at Trendenza, says: ''The blinds are called bottom-up blinds (I have some in my Kitchen too). They are usually made of a structured fabric such as roller blind materials and are made to measure to suit window sizes and clients interior schemes. The costs are slightly higher than standard roller blinds but there is a host of manufacturers on the market and costs reflect the type of mechanism- i.e.; Electric to Manually operated by side winder mechanism or central pull. depending on the window and room design.''
